Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of receipt for any full-priced items placed within the U.S. For all International orders, returns will be accepted, however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. 


WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON AN SALE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact. No exceptions.
If you are unsatisfied with your full-price purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving of your purchase should it meet the requirements above and below.
Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant and/or makeup stains. It is at SU78’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. SU78 cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Support team at support@SU78.com
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.


SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

No modifications can be made after your order is placed.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Email support@SU78.com and include the following in the email:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item(s) looking to return and reason for return for each item:
  3. Reason for return:
  4. Doesn’t fit – Too big
  5. Doesn’t fit – too small
  6. Fits, but I do not like the fit
  7. Color isn’t what I thought
  8. Bought multiple sizes and returning those that don’t fit

Once approved a shipping label will be generated and emailed to you for the return. Print the shipping label, place your items in the package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest courier. Remember to keep your tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.


EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept returns for International orders, however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
